No two weddings are exactly alike. We create a unique, tailored experience for every client and their guests. Utilizing a modern approach to wedding entertainment, we work with you to materialize your wedding vision to perfection. Fun, relaxed, elegant, or radical- we have the experience and talent to deliver a reception that exudes your personal style.
It begins with a private demonstration in our lavish sound studio, where you will be able to meet your selected DJ and sample their musical and MC styles to ensure you find the perfect talent. For our out-of state or non-local couples, we offer an online demonstration in real-time, utilizing our virtual demo room and live streaming technology.
Many of our wedding celebrations are executed in a tandem-format utilizing a Headlining DJ and Event Assistant.
This approach allows your DJ to give full-attention to every moment of the reception, with distracting logistics handled for them by their assistant. Both will coordinate with you and your other event professionals, paying special attention to the details of your reception beyond entertainment to deliver a cohesive, polished experience.
Step one: The Meeting. Upon contacting the EPDJ office by phone at 443.354.3428 or by using the contact page on this site, we will work with you to schedule a consultation and private demo with your selected DJ at our studio. This session allows us to get to know each other, and helps determine if we are a potential match. If so, a no-obligation contract will be presented for you to review.
Step two: The Decision. To secure your DJ, a signed contract and a 50% retainer is required. Contracts will be mailed or emailed to each couple, along with credentials to access to our online planning system. This reserves your date and chosen entertainer.
Step three: Planning your Event. Couples are encouraged to take advantage of the online planning tools made available on our website. We also invite and encourage all clients to follow our blog, facebook, and twitter accounts to stay in tune with what’s happening at EPDJ and the latest wedding trends and offerings. All clients will directly coordinate with their DJ and are welcomed to reach out to them at any time to discuss any aspect of their celebration.
Step four: Finalization. Expect a call or email thirty days before your event to ensure all of your details (toasts, dances, etc.) have been verified for the planning process. We go over the final timeline to make sure your event runs smoothly.
Step five: Execution. Let’s Party!
